Positive: While the hiccup with the check-in process was inconvenient, I appreciated the prompt response from the hostesses in resolving the issue. Despite the initial setback, the rest of my stay was pleasant and the accommodation itself met my expectations.
Negative: Firstly, the check-in time was set for 15:00, which I personally found to be a bit late compared to other places I've stayed. However, I understood and planned accordingly. Prior to arrival, I called the hostesses as instructed, who assured me that they would send automatic instructions before 15:00 on how to access the property. However, it was 15:05 and I still hadn't received any communication. After giving them a call, I finally received the instructions. However, upon following them, I discovered that the cleaner had forgotten to leave the keys in the lockbox as indicated. Needless to say, it was a frustrating situation after a long journey. I promptly contacted the hostesses again to explain the situation. They were apologetic and assured me they would rectify the issue. After a brief wait, they informed me that they were sending the cleaning lady over with the keys. She arrived 10 minutes later.
